    Tell us about your business
Whether we are connecting with employees or customers, one of the constants in business is the need to communicate with people effectively. Ineffective interpersonal connections can cost the business money and time by losing the relationship. We help business leaders increase their profits by equipping them with the relational skills to decrease their turnover in employees and clients. We do this through training, resources, and coaching so they can understand themselves and others better.

How you have benefited from being an Ambassador?
There have been many benefits I received as an Ambassador for the Chamber. I didn’t know much about the Chamber when we started our business, but I knew I needed to join. I decided to join the Ambassador program to meet people; it has helped me take advantage of more of my Chamber benefits, saving me money, and building my network. Also, the Ambassador program allowed me to connect with new and existing businesses every month through goodwill and partner calls in addition to ribbon cuttings allowing me to meet some truly amazing people.

It was through the Ambassador program I learned about Leadership McKinney, an amazing program that helps leaders hone their leadership skills and learn about McKinney, Collin County, and Texas. I had the privilege of being selected for the program, I am a 2018 graduate.

Tell us about your involvement in the Community?
In 2015 My wife and I founded Relationship Experts, a nonprofit helping churches, nonprofits, and individuals learn relationship skills to move them forward. We have helped over a thousand people since we started it. We hope to help even more in the next few years.

This year I joined the Leadership McKinney facilitation team giving me an opportunity to help other leaders hone their skills. I serve as an At-Large position on the Leadership McKinney Alumni Committee. I am also an active member of my church Lifepointe Fellowship located in McKinney.

Tell us a bit about yourself and your family.
I am proud to be married for over 22 years to Abigail, my partner in business. Although we are from Ohio we moved to McKinney sixteen years ago and cannot imagine living anywhere else. We are parents of four amazing girls, Kate (15), Alexa (13), Maya (11), and Sophia (9).
