About WAM
With over two decades of experience in empowering women in business, the Women’s Alliance of McKinney (WAM) is an established group of professional women dedicated to fostering empowerment, promotion, and support for women in the business world.
The program focuses on professional development, philanthropic engagement, and networking, providing members with tailored resources and events to enhance their skills, contribute to community causes, and build valuable connections within the business community.
As your Chair for 2026, I am honored to lead a community of women who are shaping the future of servant leadership. This year, our focus is bold growth, intentional connection, and heart-centered collaboration, where women are encouraged to lean in, lead confidently, and support one another at every stage.
