Ambassador Spotlight - Marvin McHellon Jr.
Truist McKinney: 6251 Eldorado Pkwy, McKinney, TX 75070
I currently serve as Market President – Producer, with Truist Bank for the McKinney, TX market. Truist is the 6th largest bank in the US with over 50,000 teammates and $574B in assets. Truist’s purpose is to, “Inspire and Build Better Lives and Communities.” I am primarily responsible for building relationships with local business owners and community stakeholders, and being a trusted advisor for local businesses in the $10MM to $100+MM revenue range through our Business Lifecycle Advisory approach.
The thing that I have enjoyed most about being an ambassador for the past 6+ years is connecting with and helping our local business owners to increase their awareness of the many valuable resources provided through their membership with the McKinney Chamber. I have also been able to connect business owners with other companies that provide complimentary services as well, which has produced client referrals for the parties involved. Having been a commercial banker here in DFW for the last 10+ years, I have a deep respect and admiration for all business owners and entrepreneurs, and it is a great feeling knowing that my efforts are helping local businesses thrive in this very challenging and ever evolving climate.
