As a Mom, wife, and business owner I understand the importance of taking care of yourself mentally and physically. I opened The Fit Pelvis Physical Therapy and Wellness in 2020 and have been working toward growing our office by providing the highest quality of care to individuals in McKinney, Prosper and Sherman.
I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, soccer, reading and plants. Walking meetings or play dates with the kids are my favorite. We are constantly looking for ways to give back to our community whether that be picking up trash on a family walk, supporting local women's events or lending a helping hand.
