About Us

Harness IP was established in 1921 as a result of Detroit’s growing automotive industry. Today, our firm employs more than 100 intellectual property professionals and counsels clients in nearly every industry segment in existence. As an IP “boutique” firm, we focus exclusively on intellectual property matters. Importantly, we counsel our clients on the entire lifespan of their intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, IP agreements, global IP management, and IP litigation.
