    Tell us about your business
American National Bank of Texas is one of the oldest independently owned banks in Texas. ANBTX celebrates over 140 years of meeting the needs of the local communities that we serve – and it all started in Terrell. The Bank opened its door for business November 22, 1875. The firm was built with the purpose of providing banking services tailored for the needs of the people of Terrell. Over the years, this same concept has contributed to the bank’s stability and success. ANBTX has been able to prosper because of our ongoing commitment to equip our customers with beneficial banking solutions – not just products. Although much has changed, one thing remains the same – our commitment to uniquely meeting our customers’ needs with a personalized service only we can provide. Our impact on the community began with a simple concept that our company still lives by today: “Know the customer and meet their needs”.

How you have benefited from being an Ambassador?
I have made some great relationships from being an Ambassador and have learned so much about the McKinney community. I love connected with the people of McKinney and when possible get to partner up with them to expand or build on their dreams. I love seeing our community thrive and the success of so many individuals that contribute to a great community! I am an Ambassador because I love people and the sense of community. When I can be a part of that I consider myself extremely blessed.

Tell us about your involvement in the Community?
I help where I can. I love connecting with people and helping them to succeed.

Tell us a bit about yourself and your family.
My husband Chuck and I love the lake, traveling, taking rides on the motorcycle (headed to Sturgis 2020-will be interesting). We love to travel and a sense of adventure! Nothing is more important to me than my family. I am blessed to still have my Dad with me and enjoy spending time with him. When I meet my husband Chuck, I was blessed with being a bonus mom (I use to tell their friends I was their Step Monster – got several laughs and looks). My bonus kids are Candee, Allie and Zane. Zane is married to Kristen and has a son Jace (our first grandson) and are expecting a little girl. We have several nieces and nephews who we love spending time with. My family loves to get together out at my oldest brothers ranch and spend time “playing” outside!!!! You never know what will happened! What happens on the 4B Ranch stays on the 4B Ranch! My youngest brother always entertains us at his place as well with corn hole and having diving contest during the summer (scary – they say we are too old). I have a sister as well who I am very close to and more times than not you will find us together (usually getting into some trouble). Like I said… family is everything to me and this is just a tip of it!
