The Leadership McKinney Alumni Network provides a vibrant platform for graduates to continue their leadership journey, fostering collaboration and maintaining invaluable connections forged during their time in the program. Through networking events, professional development opportunities, and community initiatives, members of the Alumni Network are empowered to drive positive change and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of McKinney and beyond.

By leveraging their collective expertise and shared commitment to lifelong learning, Leadership McKinney alumni exemplify the program’s ethos of servant leadership and civic engagement. I have a deep love for Leadership McKinney and the way this program intentionally shapes servant-hearted leaders who are invested in our community for the long term. The relationships built here don’t end at graduation—they grow into meaningful mentorships, collaborations, and friendships that strengthen McKinney in tangible ways.

As an alum, I believe it’s our responsibility and privilege to stay engaged, support one another, and create opportunities for alumni to continue learning, serving, and giving back. This committee exists to steward those connections well and to ensure that leadership development remains active, relevant, and impactful beyond the program year.
