Leadership Next: Civic Courage Leading Through PolarizationWe’re excited to launch Leadership Next, a new LMAN series designed to provide continued “class day” experiences for Leadership McKinney alumni. This series keeps alumni connected while tackling timely and relevant leadership topics.Our first session, Civic Courage: Leading Through Polarization, includes a guided tour of the Collin County Jail Facility followed by a facilitator-led, workshop-style discussion over lunch.Participants will engage in small-group conversations focused on leading through division, navigating difficult conversations, and modeling thoughtful civic leadership.Join us as we continue the Leadership McKinney journey growing together as courageous, community-minded leaders.
