Accessology provides accessibility consulting services and is dedicated solely to all facets of access compliance. Accessology is MBE/SBE/WBE/HUB certified and we provide local, nationwide and international expertise in the following areas: Title II and 504 Transition Plan Development, ADA Assessments, ADA Consulting, Expert Witness, Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS), all other State and Local Access Codes, California Building Code, Title 24, Plan Reviews, State Inspections, Federal laws including ADA, Fair Housing, ABA, ACAA and 504, Risk Management, Training (HSW/CEU credits approved). Our team knows access issues. We deal with all state and federal accessibility laws and stay abreast of new legislation as it is written. We pride ourselves on knowing how to guide our clients, whether they are constructing a new building or bringing an existing building into compliance. We are aware and knowledgeable of all access issues in all 50 states so that we can bring the best and most current information to our clients. Satisfying state requirements is only part of the equation. Accessology recognizes that many state residents understand their state’s law, but the largest risk comes from federal regulations, where attorney fees are built into the law.
