• Help Desk Tier 1 Support

    Tech Culture McKinney is looking for an IT help desk technician to provide support for employees with issues arising from everyday computer use. Candidates should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping people.

    Essential Job Functions/Requirements

    • Certidications such as A+, Network + are a plus
    • BAsic Understanding of LAN/WAN Infrastructures
    • Ability to respond quickly to, troubleshoot, and resolve end user issues
    • Ability and desire to work in a team environment
    • Knowledge Windows and Mac in an ACtive Director environment
    • Knowledge of desktop applications such as Microsoft Office 365 Anti-Virus
    • Ability to quickly lean new technologies
    • Exceptional integrity, values, principles, and work ethic
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels within the organization
    • The ability to think independently
    • Customer service driven, personable, self-motivated, flexible, creative
    • Education: Associates degree or comparable work experience
    • Must have reliable transportation
