You will schedule and attend community and in-house events, develop b2b relationships, integrate with our yoga community, and handle our social media efforts.     POSITION: The Brand Marketing Manager will oversee all lead development, member retention activities & social media. 

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2+ years of fitness sales, wellness, health, or relevant sales experience preferred.
    • An affinity and passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
    • Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking.
    • Develop, schedule and participate in networking/community events and in-studio promotions.
    • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
    • Assist with Social Media strategies, creation, and postings.
    • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail.
    • Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone.
    • Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit.
    • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
    • Solid writing and grammar skills.
    • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
    • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
    • Proficiency with computers and studio software.
    • Assists in leading, coaching, and developing team members while fostering an environment of accountability, mutual respect and collaboration.
    • Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls.
    • Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the studio.
    • Models all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example).
    • Assists in training and mentoring subordinates for ongoing success and future growth.
    • Leads by example while maintaining proper dress code, attitude when talking to members, and other employees.
    • Participates in scheduled classes.
    • Delivers timely follow up and follow through activities with all current and prospective clients.
    • Responds to member requests, inquiries and concerns with a high sense of urgency.
    • Responsible for attending and participating in all relevant Y6 training programs.
    • Provides and maintains the highest level of customer service.
    • Demonstrates a friendly, positive attitude and passion for Y6 as a business.
    • Models and supports Y6’s values and culture.
    • College Degree Preferred.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • This is a part-time position, but there is a potential to become full-time. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.
    COMPENSATION & PERKS:
    • This position offers a very competitive base rate ($15-$20 per hour) plus commission and bonus if goals are met.
