    4-5 hours a day Monday through Friday
    Details of the Job Position.

    • Backup for Office Manager for vacation and absentee coverage
    • Reconcile the bank transactions to QuickBooks Online
    • Import Costco and Chase Ink credit card data each month into QBO
      • Reconcile to QBO each month
    • Export email addresses from WordPress into excel spreadsheet
    • After hours email to WordPress, HomeAdvisor leads replied to
    • Manage HomeAdvisor site
    • Collect email addresses in Google Calendar and enter in excel spreadsheet
    • Assist with social media postings; Facebook, Nextdoor, Craigslist
    • Scanning documents and archiving as time allows
    • Assist Office Manager and owner as needed
    • Assist CFO/Marketing Director with accounting inquiries and auditing QBO for accurate reporting
    • Excel skills, light bookkeeping, attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
    • Holidays and vacation time benefits
    • Hourly rate of pay $14 per hour
