First, we will learn more about Encore Wire's massive expansion which includes Phase One's 720,000 square foot service center located across from its headquarters on Airport Dr. This will be the first warehouse in North Texas to implement Firefighter Air Replenishment Systems. We will also learn about the future phases of the expansion from Kevin Keiffer, VP of Sales and Marketing at the event.
Stonemont Financial Group's SVP, Josh Wheeler, will provide information on two of their recent projects, The Amazon delivery station in McKinney and McKinney Airport Center. The Amazon delivery station on Industrial Blvd is one of 6 new stations planned in DFW and will increase efficiency of deliveries for customers and provide hundreds of full and part time jobs. The McKinney Airport Center project involved two buildings with more than 230,000 square feet of space located west of McKinney's Airport. The project is designed for industrial tenants needing space from 10,000 to 20,000 square feet of space.
Ken Wesson, Co-Managing Principal with Lee & Associates, will share updates on the McKinney Trade Center Project that is developed by ML Realty Partners. A 24-acre master planned business park, the project consists of 3 buildings from 95,840 square feet to 159,984 square feet and located on the corner of Wilmeth and N. McDonald St..
