SUMMARY:New Resident Bag Stuffing
DESCRIPTION:We wanted to share a quick update regarding the Chamber’s New Resident Bags program.Due to a delay in the arrival of our new bags\, monthly bag stuffing will resume March 9th. When the program restarts\, we’ll be stuffing 200 bags on March 9th at 11:45am\, providing a great opportunity to get your business in front of new McKinney residents.If you have questions or would like more information about participating in the March bag stuffing\, we’re happy to help.Thank you for your continued support of the McKinney Chamber and our efforts to welcome new residents to our community.New Resident Bag Stuffing takes place monthly at the Chamber office\, where members contribute items to be included in bags for new McKinney residents. These bags\, delivered by Frontier Waste Solutions with recycling bins\, are prepared on the second Monday of each month (11:45am 1 p.m.). Members are encouraged to assist with stuffing at least once per quarter.Participation Guidelines:Bring 200 items FOR MARCH (one type per member\, e.g.\, one brochure\, flyer\, or promotional gift).Printed materials must be 8  x 11 or smaller; multi-page items must be secured as one piece and cannot advertise other businesses.Deliver items to the Chamber office the Thursday or Friday before stuffing day.No food or candy items allowed.Coupons must have an expiration date at least three months out.Fees: Business Partners pay $20 (cash/check); Investor Partners and higher participate free.
