The McKinney Chamber of Commerce held its 21st Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, June 4 at the beautiful Stonebridge Ranch Dye Golf Course with 212 golfers in attendance. Although the morning started out with a few rain showers, the sunshine came out for the morning golfers to get in about 10 holes and all of the afternoon golfers enjoyed a picture perfect day of golf.
And
everyone had a blast with the Cannons for a Cause golf ball cannon!
It was one of the most successful Chamber events by any measure of participants, volunteers and funds raised.
The event included a BBQ lunch provided by the one-and-only John Rattan, The Body Shop Collision Repair, along with the help of his hard-working wife & daughter, Terrie and Jessica. After a great day out on the greens, the golfers gathered for a buffet dinner at the clubhouse where several prizes were awarded to various golfers for their great team and individual golfing abilities! The evening continued with a live auction of prizes generously donated by Texas Property Sisters (condo in Crested Butte, CO), The Woodlands Resort (golf weekend for 4), Hermes Properties (weekend in Broken Bow is a cabin for 10ppl) and Groom & Sons' ACE Hardware (large Big Green Egg).
