Letter from the MYP Chair

The 2017 year is coming to an end, and I am so proud to have served as your Chairman for the past 12 months. Over the course of the year, we’ve had great after-hours events, raised approximately $10,000 for CASA of Collin County, heard from our elected officials, and learned together at the 3rd Annual Professional Development Summit! I want to thank each of you for being a part of this great organization, and encourage you to become more involved in 2018 by applying to be on the McKinney Young Professionals’ Advisory Committee here. at the link below:
   
We’ll be finishing out the year with a Holiday Happy Hour at Henderson Kitchen & Tap on Monday, December 11th from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. In addition to enjoying food, drinks, and door prizes we will announce the 2018 McKinney Young Professionals’ Advisory Committee to everyone for the first time.
 
We will also be helping to fill the shelves at our Community Food Pantry so bring along 16 oz. jars of peanut butter to help McKinney families in crisis.

Without the entire committee’s service, the McKinney Young Professionals would not be the strong organization that it is today.
