Legacy Planning Group is a financial services firm located in the heart of historic downtown McKinney. Our Mission and Commitment is to help you achieve lifelong financial independence and the confidence you deserve.

How you have benefited from being an Ambassador, or comment on your Ambassador experience?
After graduating from Texas Tech University in 2015, my first job in the workforce was serving as the Information Specialist at the McKinney Chamber of Commerce. During this time, I made great relationships and fell in love with the chamber’s mission. Joining the Ambassador program was the perfect way to continue serving the chamber and our business community, while also pursing my professional career as a financial advisor. By investing my generous amount of my time and resources into the program, I’m able to reap the benefits of giving back to the community while building strong relationships that support our business in return.

Tell us about your involvement in the Community?
I’m honored to be a member of the Leadership McKinney Class of 2020. In addition, I am currently serving as a Team Leader for the Ambassadors and the Civic Duties Chair for McKinney Young Professionals. Last year, I had the privilege of managing the marketing and public relations for Relay for Life of McKinney.

    What are your hobbies?
My hobbies include snuggling up with my rescue boxer, Felicity.

Tell us a bit about yourself and your family.
I grew up in McKinney. In 2010, I graduated from McKinney High School and went on to purse a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University. During my time as an undergraduate, I was involved in numerous organizations, including: Vice President of my sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha; Ambassador for the Rawls College of Business and Chancelor Kent Hance; President of Mortar Board, an organization consisting of the top 50 seniors at Texas Tech; and was nominated for 2014 the Homecoming Queen Court.

In the summer of 2012, I met my soon-to-be husband, Tyler Underwood, during Red Raider Orientation. Tyler and I got married in May 2018. He is currently pursing his law degree at Texas A&M University School of Law.

After spending some time working at the McKinney Chamber of Commerce as their Information Specialist, I found the freedom to follow an exciting new path – a career in the Financial Services Industry. In April of 2017, I joined my father, Patrick Cloutier, at Legacy Planning Group. My father and I specialize in helping individuals create and follow long-term investment strategies, reaching their financial goals.
