Ambassador Spotlight - David Riche

David has been working in the real estate industry for over 6 years and has been a top producing realtor in North Texas since he started in 2014.
He greatly values the business and personal relationships he has with clients that has given him great success with referrals which he’s proud to say makes up 80% of his business.

David has been involved with the Chamber for 4 years which has given him the opportunity to frequently connect with fellow ambassadors, community leaders, and new business owners to McKinney. Being a small business owner, David knows the importance of community and what it means to the small business owner.

In addition to being an ambassador, David also serves vice chair on the City of McKinney Board of Adjustments. David is a 2018 McKinney Leadership graduate. These experiences have taught him the value of open communication, transparency, and collaboration which is vital for the success of the city and his work with the chamber.

Originally from Baytown Texas, David is a U.S. Navy Veteran. His wife Sally has just finished her 25th year with McKinney ISD, working in the Special Education Department. David enjoys almost anything that has to do with being outside from mountain biking, golf, and running. David has found a great home in McKinney and has built long lasting friendships.
