Abby Pagud

Even at an early age, I always seemed to have a knack for motivating and providing the support that people needed. In my youth, I found those skills best used as team captain of multiple sports teams, in addition to community leadership roles. After attending David Leadbetter Golf academy for 2 years of intense training, I found that my passion was my thirst for exercise and nutrition knowledge. In years to come, I acquired my B.S. in Health and Wellness and my CPT through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. After 7 years of working for fitness establishments, I realized that there were some services that gym facilities where unable to provide to its members and that was not acceptable. And so....Kapitol Health was founded.
