Event Description: The Lock-Up is a fundraising event where business and community leaders volunteer to go behind bars for good to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

On the day of the Lock-Up, a volunteer posse will pick up participants in cars donated by Pat Lobb Toyota and escort them to the “jail” at Texas Roadhouse in McKinney. Once there, they have their mug shots taken behind bars, and make phone calls to raise their bail while being treated to delicious jailhouse grub.

The money raised from the lock up event helps fund research programs, clinic services, educational seminars, support groups and summer camp for kids. MDA serves over 300 families living in Collin County with neuromuscular disease.
