Board of Advisors
Representatives from the Chamber’s Institutional Partners meet quarterly with the Board of Directors to facilitate community conversation on current or emerging topics that will impact our community now and in the future.
Leadership Programs
Leadership programming at the Chamber is spearheaded by the award winning Leadership McKinney along with an alumni network of over 450 alums and our community orientation program, the McKinney Experience. Leadership McKinney is recognized by our local leaders as essential training for future community leaders who will continue to work as change agents for McKinney and the region.
Business Education Breakfast, Community Awards, and State of the Community
The Chamber and our community partners collaborate on three annual events. Together, we recognize our educators at the Business Education Breakfast. At the annual Community Awards we celebrate the accomplishments of organizations and individuals. Once a year specific topics relevant to business members, residents and McKinney as a whole are addressed at the State of the Community luncheon.
Young Professionals
Helping to shape McKinney’s future, The McKinney Young Professionals provide their members with opportunities for professional development, civic engagement, interaction with local community and business leaders and connections with other young professionals.
