Hurricane Harvey and how you can help our Gulf Coast neighbors

Dear McKinney Chamber Members,
 
Does your business have a location or branch in the areas impacted by Harvey? If so, the Texas Association of Business (TAB) is working to help coordinate efforts for assistance, specifically for businesses impacted. CLICK HERE to submit a request for assistance to TAB’s statewide membership. Please note: You can post to the same link if your business has resources to offer in support of the affected areas and businesses.
 
TAB has also established a hotline for businesses to connect to the resources they need as the rebuilding begins. The hotline can be reached at 512-637-7714 and is available to all businesses and not just limited to TAB members.
 
For those interested in providing donations, please note that shelters aren’t currently equipped to process or store donated items at this time. It has been advised donors with new/gently used clothing, toiletries, and nonperishables to drop these off at Trusted World (15660 N. Dallas Parkway, Dallas, TX 75248). Their hours vary, so please check their Facebook page for current hours before you head over with donations. 
 
To those impacted: We want to help you get back in business as soon as possible as we begin the rebuilding in the following weeks and months. To all of our members offering support: Thank you! We are proud of our McKinney business community for supporting our fellow Texans in this time of great need.
